i played way too much dynasty mode, so I started building a tool to make it more enjoyable.
snap a photo / record your screen and get every stat, recruit, and season tracked. no more spreadsheets.
i post dynasty tips, CFB 27 breakdowns, and what iβm building.
stick around π
@MillsTwitch the vindication arc is well earned lol. the franchise/dynasty crowd is always the most played and somehow last in line for the love. nice to have it on record this time
@bordeauxyoutube not ironic at all, dynasty basically IS the menus. the recruiting board, the depth chart, season planning, that's where the actual game lives. if the menus are good the game's good. it's why i nerd out on this stuff way harder than the gameplay tbh
@CFBKings the crowd/chant authenticity is such an underrated immersion thing. doesn't change a single rating but it's what makes a 12-year dynasty at one school actually feel like home. love these little details
@MillsTwitch right way to look at it. the vs CPU and dynasty crowd has been the quiet backbone of these games forever and barely gets the credit. good to finally see EA listening to the people playing 30 seasons deep
@bordeauxyoutube the rebuild content is what i've been waiting for. would love to see you take one of those ~500 dynasty point schools creators keep mentioning and find out if the budget crunch is actually as brutal as it sounds, or if it's overblown
@CFBKings 11v11 all-99 mascots is the most unserious mode imaginable and i will absolutely lose 3 hours to it before i ever touch my dynasty save. perfect offseason brain-rot, no notes
@MillsTwitch 4 weeks is gonna feel like 4 years. already got my first dynasty save mapped out in my head and the game isn't even out yet. who you running week 1?
@bordeauxyoutube the retention vs acquisition split is the sneaky-hardest part.
feels less like a video game and more like an actual AD budget meeting and i'm here for it
@MillsTwitch honestly glad they made it harder. the 3-year mid-major natty being trivial is what killed dynasty longevity for me. if i actually have to grind 6-7 seasons and sweat every dollar, that's a save i'm keeping for a real year
@bordeauxyoutube@c4era_ this is the change i'm most nervous about and i love it. your breakout RB pricing himself out mid-season is so real. dynasties this year get won by whoever's tracking who's about to demand a bag BEFORE the season ends, not after
@bordeauxyoutube stadium builder at #1 is wild to me, the athletic budget stuff is gonna quietly run every dynasty this year.
once you're juggling NIL retention + coach salaries + facilities out of one pool that IS the game. crowd themes is just the reward for surviving it lol
@Poodle_YT I donβt know, I think theres going to be a place where you can get both, not just an either/or.
Itβs all an optimization problem. You just need the data to make the best decision.
Dynasty mode is now a resource-management game.Dynasty Points.
Two-sided NIL.
AD Expectations.
Facility tiers that compound.
We've been building Dynasty Central exactly for this layer of complexity.
@SteveRunsCFB broke it all down, this is the best thread on what Dynasty Blueprint actually means for how you build
all of this, the Dynasty Points budget, the ad goals, two-sided NIL, facility tiers, is a tracking and optimization problem.
That's what we built Dynasty Central for.
If you're playing CFB 27 dynasty and want a tool that helps you manage all of this, we're building for it.

And if this thread helped, a follow means we'll keep doing these before the manuals ship.
dynasty mode in CFB isn't about recruiting slots anymore. it's about a budget.
you earn Dynasty Points and you spend them on coaches, facilities, and NIL.
they don't roll over, so every call is a trade off.
thread on what this actually changes Dynasty mode (and what it means for rebuilds):
but then, there's this - two Dynasty features are behind the MVP+ membership paywall.
1. the "Rainmaker" coach archetype (abilities: Dealmaker, Budget Booster, Stay Power, Contract Incentives)
2. 150 bonus Dynasty Coach Points per dynasty
these are real advantages, and while they're not pay to win exactly, they matter in a budget-constrained system.
