@Hertz your customer service is awful. 9+ calls, three put on hold and no one came back, three the rep disconnected, three I was told a supervisor would call back. Help? #HERTZ#hertzfail#CustomerService
I have spent over 10 hours the last 7 days trying to talk to customer service. I have been hung up on - 3 times, put on hold for over an hour - 2 times, and told a supervisor would call me back - 3 times. HELP.
