@ATT just got off the phone with the 3rd CSA that wasted 84 minutes of my day to verify what I already knew. Our landline has no dial tone and it’s an external issue. You should pay me for my patience for being on hold that long

@HawaiianTel let me get this straight 1st you say you’re gonna call me back in 4-5 minutes then when you do call back you put me on hold for 30 minutes? Then I’m told there are no technicians free to fix a cut line until Monday because it’s 3:40 PM on a Friday. #unacceptable

@HawaiianAir apparently my golf bag failed to get loaded on my flight yesterday. Tonight the bag is supposedly on its way from the Oakland airport but I have to stay awake until possibly 1:45 AM. Where is the apology and accountability for this poor service?

@HawaiianAir That there seems to be a severe lack of care and respect for travelers’ luggage at HNL. It’s a good thing I didn’t have plans to play in a tournament today or I would’ve been really upset. Do better!

Southwest - what’s the real reason for this six hour delay? Even the Help Desk CSA could not explain why my original flight was canceled and my bag was placed on an earlier flight. Her words were, “that shouldn’t have happened!”
