Haiti no longer neets the criteria for TPS. Do any of these govt officials read the policy? There's no major natural disaster, no civil war , and no temporary extraordinary condition there, that prevents them from returning there. In fact, Haiti is going to have a fair and free election in Dec. They just don't want to go, because 52.7% of Haitiian households here are on 1 or more types of welfare or govt handouts. It's time for them to go home. We let these people stay too long and mooch off of our tax dollars (not all of them, but a lot).
