AMEX totally lied about missing renewal dates for 2 weeks now on my card that I spend thousands of dollars on. CS no help and when requested supervisor, kept on hold for 30+ minutes, then line mysteriously goes dead. AMEX drops ball with NO care or help!!!!!!!!

@searscares It's been 96 days since the 1st service tech came to repair my washer. The 2nd tech, 14 days ago, who finally got the backordered part almost caused a fire and burned out a new motor. Sears MPA says if we can't fix it, we replace it. I call B.S.
