@AaronBastani I’d say that cafe doesn’t sell many espresso anyway so it doesn’t matter to the business much.
In Italy 10% vat helps, as well as cafe workers only earning about 9E an hour. The 1e espresso is a strong tradition and Italy, there used to be a price cap I think.

@JulianMellentin @JoannaBlythman This is for USDA grain fed beef. 100% Grass fed may contain more like 20-50 mg of omega 3 per 100g. So if you’re getting British beef from a uk butcher that sources grass fed meat you’re even better off!
