reviews stating that they’re currently in the middle of the same fight, with the customer service team blatantly ignoring their requests for resolution. Again, I have months worth of email threads (mostly me trying to get a response)
and then actively disregarding my requests.
Buyer beware- @TenutaTorciano will overcharge you AND send incomplete shipments and then refuse to refund when goods/services are not provided. I can provide email receipts of MONTHS worth of trying to get my money back and #TenutaTorciano not following through. @PrincessCruises
