Serious question: Why would anybody want to buy these 0% convertible notes rather than buying MSTR right now at a lower price / share? Especially now that IBIT options are available.

Is it just a low leverage options play focused on returning principal and capturing some BTC upside if MSTR keeps going parabolic?
