@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi Matthew 23
2 “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. 3 So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach.
@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi You're still preaching, yet understand nothing! The Pharisees didn't practice what they preached, so to be better than them you simply must do as they preached.
@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi If the account is truly the account according to Matthew, then there is no need to write in the 3rd person. Paul writes everyone of his letters boasting gleefully in the 1st person. And then there's the scholarly concensus that the gospels are all anonymous authorship.
@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi I do a internal critique when discussing with Christians, to show that they have misunderstood what's being said. My faith isn't dependent upon the new nor old testament.
@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi I neither confirm it in totality nor negate it in totality. The Quran is the criterion over it, so whatever aligns with the Quran is true, and whatever the Quran rejects is false. And on matters that is non confirmed, we remain silent.
@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi Ibn Abbas reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “He is not a believer whose stomach is full while the neighbor to his side is starving.”

@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “None of you will have faith until he loves for his brother or his neighbor what he loves for himself.”

@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi Dressing modestly and fasting are both prescribed by God. One of the pillars of Islam is fasting in the month of Ramadan. Jesus fasted, Jesus dressed modestly, yet it didn't prevent him from wanting good for others. Muhammad teaches the same, Jesus and him are brothers in faith
@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi Teaches man to do so shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven. Meaning whoever abandons the law and teaches others to do the same shall be in hellfire.
@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi See, you've been told that "Fulfill" means something along the lines of accomplished the purpose of the law, but this is conjecture. Because he goes on and says "Whoever upholds the law shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven, and whoever abandons the law and teaches man
@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi Luke's author wasn't intending to write the word of God, because he says he was writing an account from what others said and passed down for Theophilus.
@NaziaFarheen84 Quran 6:116
And if you obey most of those upon the earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allāh. They follow not except assumption, and they are not but misjudging.
@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi Why did you cut it short?
It is easier for heaven and earth to disappear than for the least stroke of a pen to drop out of the Law.
@JustSom09330178@Ihunanya_chi They placed their traditions above God's law, and Jesus then said what enters the body does not defile. It had absolutely nothing to do with food.
