Being professional as a public servant would be knowing the basics of the constitution and the rights of the people they serve. This guy was the one who was being kind and professional. She was being arrogant and called people with guns to confront a citizen who was acting within his constitutional rights. If she doesn’t like to be recorded she can find a job in the private sector like he said.

Shame on you Olive Garden. I can understand company policies revolving around large tip amounts, especially ones where the bill is $30 and the tip is $700. Easy solution would have been to call the credit card holder who signed and verify tip was correct. Inside you fire the women and still have never given her the tip she was given. That sounds like stealing and as for her being upset that night…I think most people would agree they would be too. At a time where word spreads fast and people are being more selective where they spend their money, one would think you’d want to do the right thing but I guess not.
