A number on a piece of paper does not determine your worth.

Make a list of all the things that make you, you – the things you’re good at, your values, things you enjoy and care about. Read that list everyday to show exams don’t define you.

Exams only show a small percentage of what you’re capable of achieving.

Try hard but no exam is worth immense stress.

You are loved by the ones who matter to you, not your grades on paper.
