We have 26 million registered voters and only 12 million voted cast so far.

I have been receiving a lot of questions on WhatsApp and phone calls about the two and three ballot papers. I thought I should clarify this once again, as there seems to be a lot of confusion on this issue.

So comrades, if you live in a metropolitan municipality, you will receive TWO ballot papers:

One for Ward Councillor.
One for PR.

If you live in a local municipality, you will receive THREE ballot papers:

One for Ward Councillor.
One for Local Municipality PR.
One for District Municipality PR.

So those of you who have received TWO ballot papers instead of THREE, don’t panic. You are safe. You have not been robbed! ❤️🖤💚
