The Running Bulldogs were at the First to the Finish Invite in Peoria today. All 16 runners had PR's! Ted Neuman wins the PR CHAIN and Katie Monaghan wins the GRIT HELMET. GO BULLDOGS ⚡⚡⚡

Beautiful night for Twilight in the Woods! Cian won the PR Chain with an impressive season & course PR. Chance won the GRIT HELMET for kicking down two guys at the finish. Wyatt had the highest place finish coming in 15th in the JV Boys race and winning a medal. GO DOGS 🔥🔥🔥

Cross Country fundraiser at the Bullpen Restaurant on Monday Aug. 28th from 4- 7pm. Tickets are $10 and include a pulled pork sandwich, chips, coleslaw, cookie and a water bottle. Tickets available from any cross-country member or in the main office at the high school. Go Dogs!

Today we made our annual pilgrimage to Naperville Running Company. Everyone had a great time trying on new shoes, playing games and bonding as a team. Thank you to Marisa Hird for being an incredible host! Go Bulldogs!

Congratulations to Abby Pierce, Aneefy Ford and Kody Danko on their performances at the Top Times meet today! Abby was 14th in the 60 Hurdles, Annefy was 8th in the 60 Dash and Kody was 4th in the 800 run. GO BULLDOGS!

Claire won the PR Chain for dropping 36 seconds, and Kody won the GRIT Helmet for his tenacious performance in winning the Regional. Dogs Forever!!!

These amazing Running Bulldogs left it all out on the course today at Regionals! Kody was the Regional Champion! Claire, Abby and Gabe PR'd! Nick ran an amazing Season PR. Everyone gave it everything they had. Kody will continue on to Sectionals, with all of our support! Go Dogs!

The Running Bulldogs hosted the IC8 conference meet today, and it was spectacular! Kody was conference champ and Ryan got 8th to also get all conference! We had 2 season PRs and 10 all time PRs. Khloe won the PR chain by dropping 4:05, and Ryan won the GRIT helmet again!

Katie won the PR Chain and Lily K won the GRIT Helmet for passing 15 runners in the home stretch. GO BULLDOGS!!!

The Running Bulldogs went to Lake Mendota tonight! The girls got 2nd out of 4 teams and the boys got 3rd. The top girls finisher was Abby (2nd place), and the top boy was Ryan (6th place). Abby and Lily K. ran Season PRs, and Chase and Katie got All Time PRs.

It was an amazing day at the County Meet! Kody won the boys race, running a super fast time of 15:35. Lily G dropped 3:43 off her PR to win the PR Chain. Bell won the GRIT Helmet for her really strong performance (she dropped 3:18 off her PR).
