This is the Fugitive Caesar way of looking at things like a Paradox game. Every foreign war is just America vaguely asserting its interests, every zero-sum policy decision with whitey getting the short end of the stick is actually high level imperial ethnic management.

I always wonder if I’m part of a minority who doesn’t have an issue with Affirmative Action. I think of it as imperial ethnic management to make minorities loyal and give them skin in the game. Notice how a lot of Black people are in the military. All well run empires do this.
