St. James's P.S. invites all parents and guardians to a talk on Monday 24th October at 12.00 - 1.00pm in the CBS Secondary School. Monica Rowe will dicuss how best to communicate with your child. Not to be missed !
St. James's P.S. Annual Pumpkin Parade will take place next Friday 28th October. Pumpkins will be handed out next week to all our lovely students. We are so excited to see your fantastic creations. Prizes for the best carved and decorated pumpkins.
Our fundraiser is today! We are doing a sponsored cycle, where staff and students will cycle 400km on a stationary bike - the distance from Dublin to Mizen Head, Cork! All money is going towards a cubbie for our ASD classes. Thank you to everyone for getting involved🌈💖
Next week we will be having a St. James' Sponsored Cycle in aid of our ASD classes. All children have received a sponsorship card as shown below. We are really looking forward to it 😊
WOW!!!🚢 Well done to Karson, Brody and Brogan from 3rd Class. They built this model of the Titanic with Ms Fox. They went around the school today showing it to the other children and presenting some facts and information. WELL DONE BOYS! 👏 We are so proud 😊

As part of Kindness Week it is important to remember to be kind to our planet💖 The children in Ms O'Neills class got to plant an Echium in our school garden. It grows as tall as picture below. The Green School Committee were delighted. Thanks to Ann and Declan for the plant 🪴
It is Kindness Week 2022 this week. Ms Kavanagh did a lovely activity with many of the classes yesterday. Each child picked a shell and wrote a lovely message with it, to be passed on to another class in a few days. We are all different and we all deserve to be loved 💖
