Well done to Mr Brownlee and the boys from P6 and P7 who won the cup at the recently held Fun Fit Tournament at St. John's GAC. Further congratulations go to Cillian who received the 'Player of the Tournament' award.
The morning Breakfast Club is going from strength to strength. The Club opens at 8am and is staff by classroom assistants. For £2.50p the children can attend from 8am, have a three-item breakfast and get to play with the equipment and games. Supervision ends at 8:45am.
Congratulations to the children and staff who raised an incredible £858.13, from a recently held non-uniform day for @nichstweet Chest, Heart and Stroke NI. The money will be presented to the Charity after February midterm break.
Halloween costume swap shop takes place this Friday 13th October between 2 - 4pm. Please leave in all Halloween costumes on or before Tuesday 10th October. The swap shop will take place in the School Canteen.
Official Opening of New Nursery Sensory Room!
Many thanks to the PSG for fully funding and opening our new state-of-the-art sensory room in the Nursery Unit. Pictured we have Julie-Ann Carr and Claire Barr, from the Parent Support Group, with Miss Conaghan, Nursery Teacher.
The PSG have bought games, Lego and toys for the children to use at our Breakfast Club. The club proves to be excellent value with a three-piece breakfast from 8am with full supervision until 8:45am. All for only £2.50! To book your child’s place please use Schoolmoney.

The children from the Nursery Unit and P1 had a brilliant time yesterday learning how to make pizzas. From making the dough, to selecting their ingredients, the children had an amazing experience. Huge thanks to Mark Hamill for giving up his time to make pizzas with the children.
Versus Arthritis NI
We proudly presented the Curran family with a cheque for £240, which was raised from our non-uniform day for Versus Arthritis NI. This money will be presented by Conn and his family to Versus Arthritis tomorrow. We thank you for your support! @VersusArthritis
The P3 children and teachers would like to thank Fr Crudden for organising a trip to Bu Ice Cream as a celebration for making their Sacrament of Reconciliation recently. Thank you also to the Burns family for opening early for us.
We are supporting Primary 6 pupil Ciara McVeigh with a non-uniform day next Wednesday for Angel Wishes as her preferred Charity. Angel Wishes supports children throughout Northern Ireland with cancer related conditions. @angelwishesni

The boys booked their place in the semi finals of the Cumann na mBunscoil 11 a-side championships with a very, hard fought one point win over Our Lady and St. Patrick's from Downpatrick. Well done to Mr Brownlee and the boys! @bryansfordgaa

The boys and girls thoroughly enjoyed their Drama sessions with Stephen Beggs this week. They had great fun projecting their voices, playing circle time games and creating moments of drama using props.
