I have been to the ladies Breakfast this morning and came home and we went out for a coffee and a little bit of food shopping came home and had a lazy afternoon.

Peter is taking Niamh back to Dundee to University today and she is going to be away until the Easter holidays so will not see her for ages

Anne has put Christmas away to bed and we have cut the Christmas cake it's better than I thought it would be

We have been to Ellington for Anne to see a doctor as she has a sore eye she has to get some drops from Wellway tomorrow to put in her eye

We have had home made soup for lunch today and it was good lentil and cheese sprinkled in with toast and butter we cleared up and now have coffee

Cakes are cooked left them in the oven to cool down and will take them out of the oven and their tins in the morning to let them get nicely cooled down so that I can store them before they are iced

Have put the vegetables on the cooker and the meat and parsnips are in the oven so it will not be long before the lunch is ready.Anne is still away from home but hasn't sent us a message to say that she is okay.
