@Geopolitics_pro @financedystop Depends where you live because a 2 bd condo in HCOL is $500-600k which with an $500 HOA is about 4k a month payment on a 30 year mortgage. You can rent the same place for under $2500 a month so the current ownership math really doesn’t make sense.
