$AUZ just dropped a very important Flemington update.
PFS fast-tracked and expanded to assess potential scale-up from 60tpa to up to 180tpa Sc₂O₃.
-Scoping study already showed:
-NPV8 ~US$860m
-IRR 74%
-Capex ~US$125m
-Cash cost ~US$561/kg
-28-year mine life
Tiny market cap vs serious scandium asset.
#scandium $SRL $AUZ
#OD6 just dropped another massive update from Quinn, Nevada
Big Jim now confirmed as potentially the highest-grade fluorite system discovered so far:
- historical grades up to 98.6% CaF2
- 220m+ workings mapped
- system open north & south
- direct drill targets defined
@Lehman_Bro@ASXTreasurehunt Agree..
$AUZ 6c looks like the next level to watch. Even at 6c AUZ is only around a ~$100m market cap, which is still tiny compared to $SRL sitting around ~$1.7b. Still a massive valuation gap IMO.
$SRL ran from ~20c to ~$13+ in about a year and now sits around a ~$1.7B valuation.
$AUZ ’s Flemington is literally contiguous to Syerston in the same scandium belt, carries a 6.3Mt @ 446ppm Sc resource, and recent drilling hit up to 615ppm Sc with expansion still in play.
$AUZ market cap? ~A$50m.
That valuation gap is wild. DYOR.
$AKN #Tundulu is a 5km carbonatite system with multiple hills and only a very small part has been drilled.
The drilling has delivered some serious grades like 41m @ 3.68% TREO and 30m @ 4.03% TREO. And most holes ended in mineralisation.
And that’s before modern geophysics, modern targeting, and a proper REE-focused drill campaign.
Now Tundulu gets its turn to show what’s under the surface.
$AUZ looks like one of the biggest valuation disconnects on the ASX IMO.
Recent #scandium drilling confirmed near-surface expansion potential with hits like:
• 18m @ 597ppm Sc
• 12m @ 615ppm Sc
• 16m @ 552ppm Sc
$SRL is sitting around $1.7B market cap.
$AUZ is only around $45M market cap.
#Flemington is literally next door to SRL on the same scandium belt, same intrusive system, and AUZ’s grade (446ppm Sc) is similar to #Syerston (408ppm Sc).
And then there’s Boa Vista gold in Brazil, which the market still seems to underappreciate. Recent drilling delivered some very solid gold hits:
• 29m @ 3.22 g/t Au
• 64m @ 1.22 g/t Au
• 120m @ 1.34 g/t Au
Plus the latest record intercept ended in mineralisation, which usually means the system is still open and growing.
