Head coaches, in Texas, as you prepare for next football season… you really need to consider talking to admin about hiring me as you Director of football operations/DFO! You would start by creating this position and paying me as a football coach(football stipend).
Free yourself or Your coordinators from having to corral the bleacher coaches, schedule parent meetings, community outreach,sitting through booster club meetings, doing grade checks, creating player profiles,running study hall, overseeing managers, fundraising, facilitating pre and post game meals,all things travel,etc!
