@TheMeganLove I know someone who transports them from manufacturer to dealers. They were telling me how poor the build quality is now, like falling apart while they are transporting them. Might be worth looking into a well maintained older one or at least do good research on the brand if new.
@ChristineCocot I was going to mention the one on top of the Hyatt in MKE. Googling it shows it closed in 2009 though. You'd think as a WI resident I would know that but I guess I'm pretty out of touch myself.
@katwildeatl Oh, yikes. Yeah not sure if the vest would have been helpful in that situation. I won't pretend to understand the black magic of how it works but mine deployed/inflated before I hit the ground after going over the bars. Saved what would have at least been a collarbone in the past
@katwildeatl Mounting a motorcycle chock like this as far forward as possible in line with the hitch should give you the tongue weight you would need to just haul the bike but also allow the sxs to straddle it.
