In the recent @KaspaSilver interview by @Gemini , @bicepcurl mention that it took him more than an hour to move his Bitcoin during the cold card wallet hack. And it make him anxious. Of course the Kaspa community reply it wouldn’t happen in Kaspa because it is so fast.

But isn’t this a double edge sword?

Incase of an unlikely event like a hack, the hacker is only able to hack 300 wallet per 10 minute due to the block size and speed of Bitcoin. Most people will have time to react to the hack.

In the case of Kaspa, the hacker would be able to hack 3,000 wallet per second or 1,800,000 wallet in the same time spend of Bitcoin block time which is 10 minute.

Was the Bitcoin block size and speed random or design the way it is on purpose? In engineering term, we call it damage control or mitigating the effect of a damage.

Did Satoshi once again proof that he is so ahead of time that he got you covered in case of an unlikely event like a hack.

the wallet didnt add enough randomness to the seedphrase, and the phrase could be guessed

on the other hand you can argue, in kaspa you rescue your funds in seconds
in btc the hacker can overwrite your transaction with a higher fee

They do have damage control, but not in a way of delaying your payment. They have this thing called daily transaction limit.
