@Impark I have been waiting over a week for a supervisor to call me back. Every time I try to call your customer service agents hang up on me. Why is it so difficult to get a response?

@Impark I got charged 3 times for parking for thursdays leaf game at the ACC as the kiosks were “down” according@to the attendant. I was assured I would not see any more than one charge. How can I have 2 of them reversed.
@thebrenthayden@Impark I received a ticket from them 1 time even tho I had a parking pass on my dash. Called a few times to have it rectified and the employees that answer the phones, if they answer, don’t wanna hear what u have to say and are complete assholes to u. They just want your money
@JamesCh111@Impark So annoying. I called and the message said to fill out the forms online and they would respond within 2 days. Nothing yet. Just want to know what is wrong with their system that paid parking would show unpaid. Unless it's deliberate so the patroller can fill their quota? 🤷♂️
I will never use a @Impark lot again! Pay premium price to park in a “monitored” lot only to find my windows smashed. @Impark response? “Uhhh not our problem call the cops”…..

Paid for parking at 12:46pm. Valid until 2:46pm. Get parking ticket at 1:33pm. It's been 3 days and still no answer.
This is done intentionally. Impark gives out tickets regardless of having paid and because you are unable to provide a receipt to dispute the ticket you are forced to pay the ticket.

@Impark we parked on Queen St. Ottawa around 10 AM on Oct 11. Machine had no trouble accepting our card, but failed to produce a ticket. Others we met had the same issue. Phoning didn’t work. We had to pay another machine. We are out $20. What are you going to do about this?
@Impark It's now been 10 business days since I was over charged $104 for a daily parking rate of only $13.02 and nobody from your office has even attempted to get a hold of me to correct this. I request immediate help otherwise I'll be filing a report with the BC Better Business Bureau.
@Impark you guys just handing out tickets like candy these days or what. We paid for parking at River Rock Lot 8888 to go to hockey game and we came back to a ticket. Hopefully your officer didn't ticket people who paid and not who DID NOT 🤦♂️
@Impark I was charged the daily rate of $13.02 nine times over on my VISA on Oct 14th at lot# 9170 located at 745 Thurlow St. in Van. I have left voice msgs and I have also sent emails to the meter refund address but nobody has resolved the issue for me yet. Pls help! 6048177218
