@kimberleylovato @NVbumpkin You get to use your home anytime, decorate w/ things you love, leave items behind. Pacasos are hotels, reservs needed and nothing left behind. 'Owners' are anonymous to one another as are their guests. Like a hotel, they need to be in business areas not neighborhoods.

Neighborhoods that have zoning regs banning transient occupancy (like Pacaso's 2-14 days at a time) are never going to be happy having a Pacaso. Suing and lobbying at the state level to overturn local ordinances is Pacaso's trademark and we will continue to push back on it.
