@HastingsDirect what a https://t.co/S0u8NskR4D have treat my 86 yrold dad appallingly. A customer of over 3 years we have been passed from pillar to post over 2 days worth of calls and no resolution. A simple task has been made impossible. I would not recommend this company.

When you are booked on to an @iomsteampacket at 11.15am today and was told by email yesterday that it was cancelled and that we were to get a bus to Haysham at 11.15 for the 2.15pm ferry. cont, in comments

Also paid extra for VIP which we now cannot use due to apparently not having any seats left, thanks @iomsteampacket completely ruined a 3 day break!

Annoying but doable, we turn up as advised to find out that our tickets had not been transferred and we would have to book on to the 2.15am next day ferry. Absolutely diabolical service, missed events, more expense, cannot wait for a reply!!

@yungblud @blud_fest Seen a few interviews with this young man @yungblud and as a 50odd year old woman with adult children I have been so impressed with his values and maturity. I have no idea of his music (more of a @CraigDavid fan tbh) but his parents should be proud. He’s a good un. Stay blessed❤️
