Heavy rain currently moving across NJ ahead of the snow, but don't take that as a good sign because after 4 PM begins extremely heavy snow and standing water can freeze in below freezing temps. Besides that watch for water pooling on hilly roads (yes the roads here are mental)

EXTREMELY Heavy snow will occur across New Jersey during the Blizzard expected. Snowfall rates over 2" per hour could occur, with totals being over 20 inches making travel IMPOSSIBLE at times. Damaging wind gusts to 60 mph could also lead to downed trees and power lines.
