As a part of our English hook for this topic, Year 3 went on an afternoon stroll around the school grounds and found a mystery box!!😲🕵️ Inside the box we found some sort of ancient, Roman relic...... we have since found out this was stolen and the police are looking for it!
Year 3 thoroughly enjoyed their plant dissection science lesson today! Grouping the different parts of a plant, discussing their functions and making observations 🌱🌸🌿💐
What a great day for Year 6 cooking a 3 course meal - from scratch! Leek & potato soup & homemade rolls, pizza and chocolate chip cookies! Thank you so much to Aspen's: James, Kaz and Charmaine for setting up and supporting us, we had a great day and impressed our guest judges!
Year 3 had a great afternoon constructing and evaluating their pneumatic toys! All pupils carefully considered their design brief and criteria to ensure their toy was the best it could be 🤡🐸🏗️
Another fantastic day with our Year 6 Primary Parliament team! They delivered an inspiring presentation about ways to improve safety around our school - your voice matters!

Today in Year 3, a Tree Giant vandalised our classroom!! We created WANTED posters to help others identify this pesky culprit using character description skills 🔎👹
Year 1 had a fantastic time at Sherwood Forest! We met Robin Hood, saw the Major Oak and lots of other interesting Oak trees in the forest as well as recreated some of the scenes from the stories!

During Year 3's art session today, we warmed-up with some live and still drawings, reflected on what the Romans would have used to design and create their jewellery and finally began designing our very own jewellery collection inspired by the Romans! 💍📿💎
