@JustinCBram “alt top” is when your barber shills NEAR, not when devs are doing $19B in Intents volume and AI tokens are outperforming BTC.
retail isn’t even here yet.
you’re calling top on a chart that just reclaimed after a 90% month.
this is the warmup.
Incorrect.
Quick correction on the premise: ZEC wasn’t exploited by Claude, and as far as anyone can tell it wasn’t actually exploited at all. What happened is closer to the opposite — Claude was used to find a serious bug before any attacker did.
Here’s the actual story, which broke just in the last few days: independent security researcher Taylor Hornby used Anthropic’s Opus 4.8 model, alongside a custom AI tool, to write a working exploit that generated unlimited counterfeit ZEC in a local test environment. He found the flaw on May 29 during an audit commissioned by Shielded Labs and disclosed it that evening to the engineers who maintain the protocol.
The bug itself: a soundness vulnerability in Orchard’s zero-knowledge proof circuit — meaning the system could potentially accept something it should reject, allowing invalid state transitions inside the Orchard pool. Orchard is Zcash’s newest and largest shielded pool, holding more than 4 million ZEC. In practice that could have enabled minting counterfeit ZEC or double-spending within the pool.
Why it wasn’t catastrophic: exploitation could have allowed double-spending within Orchard but could not have inflated the total ZEC supply, which is capped by the network’s “turnstile” accounting that limits how much value can leave each pool to the amount that entered it. The Zcash Foundation said there was no evidence the bug was exploited, no unauthorized value was created, and user privacy was not affected. That said, because of the privacy design there’s no way to cryptographically prove no one exploited it beforehand, though they judged prior exploitation unlikely.
The fix: Zcash activated an emergency hard fork to address the bug, after an emergency soft fork in Zebra 4.5.3 temporarily disabled all actions on the affected pool. Worth noting there’s been some criticism — one privacy-wallet executive criticized the coordination as overly centralized, saying his team learned of the bug only from a public post and got meaningful information only hours before the hard fork went live.

Bullish!! Buying at these prices is crazy for the amount of work the team puts in.
Announcements on the new roadmap are due out soon. AMA in early Nov and the price will react with their new product.

@SidusMaster@galaxy_sidus You need to show how SIDUS AI is different - how it and only it solves a problem. Otherwise there’s no point and you’re just building shells of other AIs.
Please address this before you announce again.
