🚨TRAITOR THUNE🚨

Senate Majority Leader John Thune has sat on House-passed legislation to stop U.S. taxpayer money from benefiting the Taliban for well over a year.

The House passed Rep. Tim Burchett’s No Tax Dollars for Terrorists Act (H.R. 260 / “Defund the Taliban” bill) to require a strategy and reporting to cut off the flow of American funds that end up supporting the Taliban regime.
It has been stuck in the Senate.

Critics, including Burchett, have repeatedly called out Thune for inaction.
Thune has even been quoted saying he hasn’t seen the bill or doesn’t have it scheduled.

Meanwhile, the pattern of cash shipments into Afghanistan (routed through the UN and the Taliban-controlled central bank) has long been documented at roughly $40 million per week in earlier years.

That money has stabilized the Afghan currency and put dollars into the hands of a regime that taxes, diverts, and benefits from it.

SIGAR and other reports have confirmed Taliban enrichment from these flows.

The practice and the associated U.S. aid pipeline have not been shut down.

American taxpayers should not be underwriting a terrorist regime that harbors al-Qaeda affiliates, oppresses women, and celebrates the deaths of U.S. service members.

Leadership in the Senate has the power to bring this bill to the floor.

Demand that Thune schedule a vote and end this.

Not only did the FBI stage January 6 five months before it happened, but the DNC also planned to overthrow the United States government if Trump won—“provoke a breakdown on January 6 to disrupt the proceedings and prevent the vote from going through.”
