I started to question if maybe I am just a hater. But then a thought hit me- let me go back and watch old 90s clips of foul baiting. Jordan is the GREATEST scorer ever; I am sure he must have foul baited like SGA. Lo and behold, I find clips of MJ literally trying the pump fake and jumping into a defender, and it’s called an OFFENSIVE FOUL. I find a clip of him pushing off the defender’s arm, and it’s called an OFFENSIVE FOUL.

Now it all makes sense. My dislike for SGA might be misplaced. I should dislike Adam Silver and the NBA refs for turning the sport I love into a JOKE by allowing offensive players to do WHATEVER they want and get free throws because of it.
