Getting the motivation to stick with a project is incredibly hard when you only have small segments of free time to work on it. I need to create a project with a small scope but an interesting concept! Even if it’s just a proof of concept or a portfolio builder!
@lae_pocalypse @GameAndroidnews Could make it so you pick them back up when you walk over them, also could toggle throw modes so you can throw more then one knife maybe like 3? At a tougher enemy with some minor spread.
@EdDenGaming My original thought was button press, to show it. You could always take the animal crossing approach and make the minimap pop up when then player isn’t moving.
@EdDenGaming An inventory item would be a good way of having it toggle. You could even give them the option to open it to view, or pin it (giving them a map on screen while they play)
@KennethDevelops I’d like to say university, but essentially my university experience was attend lectures, get given our assignments, get shown the bare minimum to say “we taught you” and then self teach the rest. University is overrated for game dev courses save the money and teach yourself.
It's funny what you have to think about doing when your developing. Here I'm working on our custom weapon system. Without access to my VR headset I had to work around an issue... (Normally you move them into place with your hands) 👐 #indiedev#gamedev#gamedeveloper#indiegames
