9/ MEV defense is built into the hook itself, not bolted on:

• Multi-leg buy-then-sell in the same block → penalty
• Direction flip across blocks → penalty
• Anti-snipe decay that fades from 99% down to 1% over the first ~300 blocks

Those fees route automatically. Split between dev and the dividend vault holders get paid from.

Ours doesn't. It has tiered fallbacks so a deterministic plan always exists, with smarter refinement layered on top when available.
