Practice is canceled for today (Monday, 1/22). Athletes should go into the Volt app & find an alternative workout that can be done with what you have at home. This should be logged in Volt as the workout for today. In addition, we may have practice Saturday morning if necessary.

The WB6 meet has been stopped due to weather. The meet will resume tomorrow at 10AM. The bus will leave at 7:00 AM. If you are in one of the remaining events tomorrow, we are only taking those athletes. If your events are done, then you should stay home, rest, & rehydrate.

Don’t forget about physicals that need to be done prior to the season! Freshman will need to get a regular physical from their doctor to start the school year. All others can get this taken care of tomorrow night!
