I want to make people aware, I will be using bought premade assets for the models and such cause I'm not anywhere near creative enough to make entire 3D models in Blender on my own. Especially when it comes to terrain, and nature models. Might make the tools such as Pickaxe and Axe if I figure that stuff out. Future games will be made without asset flipping, but that does take time.
Made a small change to the harvesting notification on the right side of the screen and changed the direction the harvesting takes place to the players direction instead of the direction of the camera...

More to come in the coming days, I've decided to go with a more simplified art style similar to the hit game Raft for this game. Originally I was going to do a hyper realistic art style however the more I've been thinking it over, this would not let the game stand out compared to others with the same mechanics. So to stand out and be different I'm changing small aspects and features to be more family friendly and open.
The Lost is the name I chose for this project based on what I wanted and the more I redefine this game and it's features the more I realize I should wait on announcing the real name. Project Lost is only a place holder till I've come up with a name that is appropriate to what this game is.
I do want to make a disclaimer now because I know people will get all up in arms about assets used in this game. Yes, they are bought off the Unreal Engine FAB store. Yes, I am making the entire backend and functions of the game myself following classes/courses found in Unreal Engine's University section.
I plan to setup a forum website to discuss this game and to establish a Road Map. With this forum it will allow people to give suggestions to implement into the game.

The first game I am Developing and Publishing will be "The Lost". This game is planned to be released as a fully developed game on Steam and possible consoles. This game will not be released in an "Early Access" state on Steam as games only get one chance to make an impression on the gaming community.
I am refining every aspect of this game to be both optimized and detailed. I am looking to create this game as a Flagship Title for Streamscape.
The entire menu is complete and finished as of today. The next Developer Updates will be showing more in game content as it becomes visually available.
