One of the most common complaints we receive is about people riding e-bikes & e-scooters like they are driving - without care for people walking in the spaces they share. Devices like these ⬇️ are actually motorbikes. They and e-bikes and e-scooters are actually vehicles.

Kind of interesting that these "fat" e-bikes, effectively operated as throttle only, have become like a 1915 Harley Davidson. Vestigial bicycle pedals, no longer needed to assist the motor. I wonder if those early designs had a regulatory bypass purpose as well?
