@jgarrettgilmore Haven’t read the NYT piece but Trump unfortunately did undo changes to the DOJ’s guidelines for inmate housing, reverting back to genital inspections as the main standard. Biden did restore the Obama language in Feb 2021 but it will probably go away again if Trump is elected
