Devil May Cry influence was strong with that one. Persona Shiro also had that mixed with Fire Emblem.

🛡️: I think I talked about this before but the idea of translating Shiro into a fighting game is always a fun topic.

Tales Shiro in particular would easily be defined by his swapping between his two combat styles, capable of adapting to and overcoming any situation.
