Stern, quien participó en las labores de rescate del 11 de septiembre y ha trabajado en zonas de guerra como Gaza, afirmó que Venezuela enfrenta una emergencia que requiere una movilización masiva de recursos, personal y ayuda internacional.

"Ahora mismo no hacen falta discursos. Hacen falta manos, equipos y apoyo para salvar vidas", señaló.
