@TheRealForno Its also a TD if JJ reads the safety, recognizes the single coverage, and doesn't wait a full second too long to step up and throw. Rookie play. Hopefully he learns with experience!
@skronkytee @TonyB717@MN_CRIME Ugh. I am sorry you had to witness any of that. If you're willing to discuss what you saw, please call my newsroom number: 612-673-7744.
@Mad_Simba Hey, I am writing a Star Tribune article about the Urgency Room's expansion, and wanted to interview the first patients at the GV location. I am interested to know who chooses to go there, and why. If you're OK sharing your experience, call me at 612-673-7744. Thanks!
@Laffincrow I am writing about this very issue for The Minnesota Star Tribune. MN lawmakers want to ban the fee. I'm seeking patients to share their experiences/annoyances with this fee for my article. Contact me: [email protected]. Thank you.
A Star Tribune check-up on Minnesota's hospitals. They're actually doing a bit better, financially, in 2024, but the divide between the haves and have nots appears to be growing across the state: https://t.co/KQF1ZVqbyl
One of those humbling moments when I dipped back into the topic of AI in healthcare and realized the entire landscape had shifted since my last story. @AllinaHealth@FerrumHealth https://t.co/CRmOa6PF3i
I kept mentioning Northern Exposure during reporting about a residency program that sends HCMC doctors up to Sanford Bemidji's ER. Few got the reference. I'm getting old. @sanfordhealth@HennepinHC https://t.co/tI9Ecvuf8b
@JamesWardenMN Interesting, but is it surprising? I guess I expected that ambulances have to make a lot of nursing home runs when residents suffer health problems. Or does the report allege that better NH staffing would prevent some of these problems? I'll have to look it up!
@shiftedshaped@StarTribune Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The article is being updated with the full name of the Henry W. Anderson funeral home to eliminate confusion with another Anderson home in MN. It is a mess for the family, for sure. I wish them the best as the grieve their loss.
Sometimes rare disease stories don't get traction with readers, but this one is hitting home today. Life with PANDAS sounds really challenging. https://t.co/np1LoRe5e4
@dbuchar @MNUpNorthLakeG1@StarTribune@mtosterholm Lest we forget, commercial labs reported seroprevalence of 60% in adults and 90% in kids before they stopped checking blood specimens in 2022. Odds are, you know someone who had covid, you just might not know that you know. https://t.co/KvnNyMlLJn
@covid_clarity@StarTribune Thanks for the clarity. The first transmission estimates were inaccurate based on faulty assumptions fed into the models about how SARS-CoV-2 spread. Not sure you can say the same about the mitigation impacts. Some things the models said would work actually did, research showed.
