Were told us point blank there were no changes or cancellations! Given the exceptional circumstances I feel this is disgraceful. Others hotels in the area were more than happy to offer refunds and change of dates. Won’t be staying with Fishers again!!

@givebloodscot my dad is over 65 but has been a regular donor for years. He’s trying to book an appointment to donate tomorrow, I’ve registered him online but it says he can’t give blood as he isn’t between 17-65. How do we get round this as the call centre is closed?
