@doddsy35 'Er indoors 50th....... once you lot had all departed safely I dashed back into the town..... up to our room.... sodden.... dripping.....steaming.....looking like a lost otter and she says 'You will change for dinner?' (Was tempted to stay like it!!)

[Austin Hughes @Strideforth]

[Austin Hughes @Strideforth]

@doddsy35 Aye, lets hope we take that win today..... do we need to start a collection for some sun cream for that big noggin of yours? :)

[Austin Hughes @Strideforth]

A warm start earlier with barely a whisp of cloud in the sky. Let's hope the day develops into a WIN for us against Bournemouth!! #WHUFC #Irons

[Austin Hughes @Strideforth]

A little grey and chilly this morning at the Stadium. Hoping our players will heat things up later against Brentford. Gorillaz 'Clint Eastwood' playing in my ears right now.... but will we be happy and glad later? #COYI #WHUFC

[Austin Hughes @Strideforth]

Looking forward to greeting our travelling fans later.... hoping all had a Merry Christmas Day and ready to head closer to the New Year with a win..... surely?.... #AWAYDAYS #WHUFC #IRONS #COYI

[Austin Hughes @Strideforth]

A damp start earlier at the Stadium..... but all prep in full flow for the match. Let's hope a good mix of Festive & Fan fun later as we take on Brighton! iiiirons! #COYI #WHUFC

[Austin Hughes @Strideforth]

@doddsy35 A real calm across the pitch right now, yet with this stillness, you can still feel it wanting the people and noise to come and fill the air. Lets hope we get that result today.... promised old serving mates I would be on beer duty later, so need everyone to go home happy!

[Austin Hughes @Strideforth]

WHU V Everton - A match we really need to win, but also our remembrance match where we stop.... pause.... remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, which means we CAN freely enjoy supporting our team. #WHUFC #Irons #COYI

Woke this morning to some extra sleep & light. All very much awake now at the Stadium getting set. Wanting and looking for that good result!

Tune playing in my ears as I walked in 'Cosmic Girl' Jamiroquai. Can we be cosmic today?

Tottenham Away..... always an 'interesting' one!

Bit damp when leaving earlier to head for first briefings. Let's hope the play on the pitch does not dampen our spirits today!
