@BryanPassifiume I would honestly rather use a screen to order and pay without having to rely on a waiter. That is always faster and more efficient the times that has been an option for me. I tip well, but it is very unnecessary. Robots will replace most restaurant staff and much more soon NE-way

@DustnDreams @BryanPassifiume I do a good job just cuz I have a wage and benefits I enjoy and want to keep and increase, same thing. Its the bosses job to manage staff morale. If they need sales-like incentive then implement a wait staff bonus system based on sales. Robots will take over anyway.

My involvement in the economics of this business and these peoples lives is buying something, not deciding how much this person should make. Its just weird. I tip 15 - 25% all sorts of places and I hate it.

@KymLeblanc @BryanPassifiume How does the worker know if you are going to tip well before you pay? How do they know "how hard to work" if they tip hasn't been actualized? Just do your best at your job because you are getting paid for it. Only onus for customer is payment for product or service, nothing else.

@KymLeblanc @BryanPassifiume ... but we are paying much higher prices already. Some of us are paying 5% tip, some of us are paying 25%. It isnt consistent. Prices shouldn't be on the honor system. We don't know if this is a restaurant that pays $3.50 / hr or full wage, not transparent, makes no sense.
