@UberUKI_Support I’ll put it simply. I paid for an order in full at the time of placing said order as was quoted on the receipt. Sometime later, the receipt was adjust and my account charged. Why was an adjustment made? I can’t see of any reason and you STILL haven’t told me.

@UberUKI_Support I keep getting told that they will be in touch but no one ever contacts me and all of the help chats I open end up being closed. Not one person has reviewed what I’ve said and actually communicated with me. It’s disgusting customer service and I can’t wait to close my account.

@dkhos I just thought I’d let you know that the @UberUKsupport @ubereats_uk customer service here in the U.K. is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I will continue to pursue a refund, I will have my money back.
