From 6am Sunday-6am this morning I organised, worked & swam in a 24-hour relay for @Strodepark Foundation in association with @ActiveLifeLtd.
Open to the public as well as of course my wonderful triathlon club, we covered a fantastic distance of 118.35km over the 24 hours! 🏊♀️
