@CinDayLAX @NFHS_Org @USA_Lacrosse Player safety should be the number 1 POE always. I think their rational is that it's easy to rule on for the officials. I personally don't care if the players have it on or not, but if I see it then I ask them to remove it.

@LaxLocy This what happens when the state doesn't set a fee structure. Their reasoning is because by doing so it blurs the line of employer to employees for the officials, who are independent contractors.
