Are any of you getting very close here to seeing the full picture with 3, 4, 12 & 15. The inbound nuclear smuggling link to 9/11 is the last piece of the puzzle, then you'll understand exactly how and why the U.S. government operates the way that it does. The mathematical proof you might be waiting for is the story of the docks. Zim Israeli-American Shipping Co., the state shipping company of Israel, switched their NYC port from Newark to Red Hook (Brooklyn) in 1996. That's the proof.

Why? Because after the 1993 WTC1 bombing, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey ("PANYNJ") put out a formal emergency response plan. In the event of a terrorist attack at the World Trade Center, Newark Port PANYNJ officers would stay put. The reason for this was specifically to prevent foreign countries from staging a diversionary attack to enable them to sneak stuff, particularly biological and nuclear weapons, into the country through Newark Port.

When the response plan came out in 1994, every single large foreign international shipper was going thru either Newark or Port Jersey in Jersey City. Those were the two of NYC's total of four seaports from which the emergency response plan specified officers would not leave their posts in the event of a terrorist attack so as to prevent deliberate diversion to facilitate smuggling. That was the idea. We need to keep those two ports guarded because that's where the big boats from other countries are.

Zim's move to Brooklyn occurred after the emergency response plan came out, and made it the only large international shipper at any port other than the two 'stay-put in event of emergency' ports. There were supposed to be zero. But the emergency response plan never got updated.

The move was also otherwise totally inexplicable. There was a reason everyone else was at Newark or Port Jersey in 1996. They were dramatically infrastructurally superior. Brooklyn Port didn't have quick access to highways, rail, or an airport. It was used mostly for very rapid offloading of quickly perishable tropical fruit destined for consumption in the NYC area. It was mostly a relic and had fallen into substantial disrepair. They were on the brink of shutting it down before Zim moved in.

Zim moved back to Newark in 2002. Go figure.
