The patient voice matters at every table. It guides how we partner with patients and physicians and shape programs to make a real difference for people living with #obesity. Our executive director, medical affairs & advocacy engagement shares more below. ⬇️
On #ClinicalTrialsDay, we're thinking about the participants in our studies, the investigators, coordinators, and study teams beside them, and the families who make every visit possible.
Our mission is to deliver oral #smallmolecule medicines that are more scalable, manufacturable, and broadly accessible because innovation only matters if it reaches the patients it's meant to serve.
Today, we reported financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, and provided a business update. Top highlights include:
📉Positive results from aleniglipron Phase 2 ACCESS II study with up to 16.3% body weight loss, demonstrating highest efficacy among oral GLP-1RAs at the 44-week time point;
🔎Aleniglipron, amylin and combination data to be presented at the 86th #ADASciSessions
▶️Data from ACCESS OLE expected in Q3 2026, and ongoing body composition and type 2 diabetes/obesity studies expected in Q4 2026;

We continue to remember Danielle Keatley, a deeply respected and valued member of our biotech community. She had a genuine passion for our company's mission to expand access to medicines, and her presence left a lasting impact on those who worked alongside her. We'll carry her memory with us and remain committed to honoring her legacy.
In her honor, a memorial fund has been established, and a celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 26. You can find more about Danielle’s life, along with details on the memorial fund and upcoming celebration of life, here.

Our CEO appeared on @SquawkStreet to discuss the latest Phase 2 data for aleniglipron, our once-daily #GLP1 oral pill, which demonstrated best-in-class efficacy and off-target safety, and low, single-digit discontinuation rates. The progress we’re seeing broadly reinforces that oral approaches to #obesity are becoming effective.
Our Phase 2 ACCESS II trial data marks an important milestone for the tens of millions of people living with #obesity and the physicians who care for them. As we prepare for Phase 3, the data reinforce aleniglipron's potential to become an important and more convenient option within one of the largest global therapeutic categories.
We're pleased to announce positive topline data from the ACCESS clinical program of aleniglipron for the treatment of people living with #obesity and/or overweight with at least one weight related co-morbidity. This includes 44-week data from the Phase 2 ACCESS II study and interim data from the ongoing body composition study and the ACCESS open label extension study. Read more: https://t.co/rQeSTWYh07

We are heartbroken by the tragic passing of our dear colleague and friend. She was a remarkable leader, trusted voice and deeply valued teammate. Her impact on our organization and the lives of those around her will not be forgotten.
We’ve initiated our first-in-human Phase 1 clinical study of ACCG-2671, our lead oral #smallmolecule amylin receptor agonist for the treatment of #obesity. Read more here: https://t.co/nM8OcansIg
We're excited to announce positive topline data from the ACCESS clinical program of aleniglipron, an orally-available, once-daily, nonpeptide small molecule agonist of the #GLP1 receptor, for the treatment of people living with #obesity and/or overweight with at least one weight-related comorbidity.
These findings provide comprehensive information to move into Phase 3 development and reinforce aleniglipron’s potential to become a backbone oral small molecule therapy for obesity—one that is accessible, scalable, and combinable. Read more: https://t.co/ScfVi5GUFk
Our team members in Shanghai joined in the spirit of friendly competition at the Shanghai J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge! Following our U.S. team’s debut at the San Francisco event earlier this year, our Shanghai colleagues took to the course to continue the celebration of teamwork, wellness, and community that defines Structure. It was a day filled with energy and connection, reminding us that no matter where we are in the world, we’re all part of the same team striving toward shared goals. #JPMCC
It was an honor to host patient advocates and @ObesityAction board members Jason Krynicki and Michele Tedder at our U.S. office to share their experiences and perspectives on the importance of access to care, addressing weight bias and its impact on mental health, and ensuring fair representation for people living with #obesity. Their stories and tireless advocacy remind us why continued dialogue, understanding, and innovation are essential to improving care for those living with obesity. We’re deeply grateful for their time and openness.
In recognition of both #WorldDiabetesDay and #AmericanDiabetesMonth, our teams across the U.S. and Shanghai came together to raise awareness and promote healthy living. From wear blue days and wellness walks to Tai Chi, nutrition-focused lunch and learns, our team members connected through movement, mindfulness, and education. We extend our special thanks to Athena Philis-Tsimikas, M.D., a specialist in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism, for sharing her valuable insights on diabetes health with us.
These moments not only strengthened our commitment to supporting those affected by #diabetes, but also reminded us of the importance of balance, access, and care in everyday life.
On #WorldDiabetesDay, we recognize the global impact of diabetes and the need for accessible, effective treatments. Explore this year’s theme, “Diabetes and the Workplace”, and how equitable access to care can make a difference: https://t.co/w92rzt3pE2
Today is #WorldDiabetesDay! An estimated 589 million adults are living with diabetes. 7 in 10 are of working age. Many face challenges in the workplace such as stigma, discrimination, exclusion, anxiety and lack of access to care and support for their well-being. This 14 November, we call on everyone to know more and do more for diabetes at work.

We had a great time connecting with the community at the @ObesitySociety's @ObesityWeek. It was inspiring to join clinicians, researchers, advocacy, and industry partners who are committed to advancing science and improving care for people living with #obesity and #metabolicdiseases. Conversations like these reinforce the importance of developing accessible, scalable medicines that can make a meaningful difference for patients worldwide. #OW2025
