We have a new priest in our team! Rev Solomon Adetoye was licensed as our new Associate Priest on Thursday! We look forward to Fr Solomon preaching across the @BeneficeBatley. A joy to welcome him and his wife Ade to their new home in Batley!

Our garden fete has become an indoor fete… But you’d still be very welcome! We’re open from 2pm until 4pm. Come and visit ‘Batley’s Cathedral’!

Two of our congregation are hard at work stripping our front doors. Some parts of the door have seven layers of paint, so this is the first time they have been refurbished since they were installed! We hope to have them repainted in time for our Garden Party on 1 July at 2pm.

That’s a wrap #Batley! Lovely to see so many folk for my final service after 8 & a half years. I’m so excited to be moving to churches in Rothwell, Lofthouse, Oulton & Methley. A hugely emotional morning- so many special words, memories, conversations & worship. together. 1/2
