Here are some thoughts before Sunday’s sermon based on - E Pluribus Unum. The Latin term E Pluribus Unum (translated as Out of Many, One) has long been acknowledged as a de facto national motto. What does that phrase mean for us as Christians?

Let not our sin destroy us, nor let hopelessness overwhelm us, but instead, let Your boundless mercy save us. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord, pray. Amen.
