And if he sold say a 1000 merch items with a code but he knew only say 100 tickets were available that's gross misselling. He needs to at least explain.

@frankturner I love the man but this really smells of profiteering - persuading people to buy merch on false pretences. unless theres a better explanation for pre codes not working which so far haven't heard. And its a 10k cap venue - its not like it won't satist vast majority of demand.
